This weekend getaway was amazing! The spa was out of this world, and the local dog walk right outside made it perfect for us and our furry friend. The food was next level, particularly the beautifully cooked dinner, we had the best ribeye steaks ever!

We had a lovely welcome hamper with sweets and homemade cookies that was a delightful surprise for the kids. The afternoon tea we enjoyed with fresh warm scones was a highlight, making our family time together very special.
In my children’s opinion, having more outdoor activities would be great.

Perfect escape for families
I was truly impressed by the staff, they treated us like royalty, just like that warm welcoming when we arrived. The room? It had a killer view, and little touches like complimentary Yorkshire tea and biscuits just nailed it!
Sure, it wasn't exactly a budget-friendly option, but honestly, it didn’t really bother me.

the staff were super polite and friendly, which made our stay really enjoyable. we loved sittin in the gardens with a drink, it was sooo relaxing. the mattresses were comfy too, which was a big plus! the surrounding countryside is really beautiful and perfect for long walks. overall, this place has a great atmosphere.
the hotel’s exterior was kinda disappointing at first and there were no hooks in the room for coats or bags. also, we didn't see much background music in the lounges, making them feel a bit too quiet.

We had a fantastic stay in a Classic Double Room with View. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed, and the views from the window were breathtaking. We particularly enjoyed having breakfast in the beautiful Conservatory, which felt light and airy while we savored delicious options. The service was top-notch, making us feel welcomed and valued throughout our stay.
The only downside was the limited dinner menu in the brasserie.

I stayed for one night in a Luxury Double Room View. The room offered a fantastic vista, which made waking up truly special. The bed felt comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast was a real treat with a great variety of options, from fresh fruits to expertly cooked dishes. I particularly enjoyed starting my day with a hearty meal. Although the food and atmosphere were great, the service at breakfast was quite slow. I waited a bit too long to be served. I found the common areas lacking in cleanliness, with some noticeable dust. A bit more attention to detail would go a long way. Despite these issues, overall, I had a pleasant stay and appreciated the beautiful setting. I would consider returning for another visit, hoping for an even better experience next time.
